First 7 Days: Full Replacement (Including Shipping)

If you encounter any issues within the initial 7 days after delivery, we offer a full replacement for free, covering both the replacement cost and shipping expenses.

Next 30 Days: Free Replacement, Customer Pays Shipping

From day 8 to day 37 after delivery, we continue to offer a free replacement for any structural issues. However, during this period, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Next Year: 50% Replacement Cost (Plus Shipping)

From day 38 to the end of the first year, should any structural issues arise, we provide a replacement at 50% of the cost, and you are responsible for both 50% of the replacement cost and the associated shipping fees.

One Year After: 75% Replacement Cost (Plus Shipping)

Beginning one year and one day after delivery and continuing for the second year, if a replacement is necessary due to structural issues, you pay 75% of the replacement cost, along with the shipping charges.
