How to Make a Healthy 1st Birthday Smash Cake
Step 1: Bake the Cake
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
2️⃣ Whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, peanut butter, and syrup until smooth.
3️⃣ Stir in almond flour, oat flour, cinnamon, and baking soda.
4️⃣ Divide the batter into three equal portions and pour into greased 5-6 inch round baking pans. If you only have one pan, bake in batches.
5️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 2: Make the Chia Jam
