Stop guessing at dinner.

You have tried the sticker chart. You have tried hiding it in the sauce. You have tried staying calm, and you have tried losing it. Nothing sticks, and dinner has quietly become the worst part of your day.
Here is what almost nobody tells you: your child is not being difficult. Something specific is making eating genuinely hard for them, and until you know what that thing is, every new trick is a coin flip.
Ninety minutes is usually all it takes to find it.
Not sure yet?
If you are unsure whether this is the right fit for your child, there is a 60-second check you can take first. Entirely optional, and you can book without it.
Take the Fit Check →What ninety minutes actually does
She has spent twenty-five years doing one thing: working out why children will not eat. Twenty thousand families, from NICU babies to tube-fed toddlers to the eight-year-old who has eaten beige food since she was two.
You start alone with her, so you can say the parts you do not say in front of your child. Then your child joins, at their normal mealtime, hungry. She watches them eat. That is where the answer usually is.
- The reason, named out loud. Not a label, the actual mechanism, so it stops being a mystery you blame yourself for.
- A meal plan you can cook this week, built around what your child already accepts.
- A step-by-step feeding plan, so you always know the next move instead of guessing.
- All of it written down in a Feeding Roadmap that is yours to keep.
- Sixty days of AnnMarie afterwards. You send questions, you get real answers back. You are not handed a PDF and waved off.
Questions parents ask before booking
Does my child have to be there?+
Yes, and this is the part that matters most. Book a time that lines up with their normal mealtime and have them hungry when you start, water only for about an hour beforehand.
AnnMarie needs to watch your child actually eat. That is where most of what she finds comes from.
What if my child has autism or sensory needs?+
That is a core part of her practice, not an edge case. Sensory feeding, bottle aversion, moving from tube to oral feeding, and extreme selective eating are the work she does every week.
Why is she more expensive than other options?+
Because she is the person other therapists refer to when they have run out of ideas. You are working directly with her for the full ninety minutes. No associate, no template, no handoff.
What if it does not help?+
Every session ends with a written Feeding Roadmap built around your child, so you leave with a plan rather than a maybe. If you are unsure beforehand, take the Fit Check or email AnnMarie and she will tell you honestly whether this is the right thing for your child.
Sessions are non-refundable, and you can reschedule free with 48 hours notice.
Tonight could be different.
Not perfect. Different. One meal where nobody cries, because for the first time you know what you are working with.
