Services and pricing
Comprehensive Feeding Assessment
A private, one-to-one session with AnnMarie, delivered by scheduled video appointment. Each assessment includes:
- A full review of your child's feeding and sensory history
- Root-cause analysis of the feeding difficulty
- A written, personalized Feeding Roadmap that you keep
- Practical tools and techniques drawn from AnnMarie's coaching program
- A clear recommendation for appropriate next steps
Assessments are offered by application so that availability is matched to the families best suited to this service. The fee is charged in full at the time of booking. This is a single assessment, not a subscription, and no recurring charges are made.
Scheduling, cancellation and refunds
Payment. Payment in full is required to reserve an appointment. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Little Grubbers LLC does not receive or store your full card details.
Refunds. Assessment fees are non-refundable. Because each appointment reserves a block of time that cannot be resold at short notice, we do not offer refunds once a booking is made.
Rescheduling. You may reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice, using the link in your confirmation email. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies — contact us and we will do what we reasonably can.
Missed appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, and appointments missed without notice, are treated as delivered and the fee is forfeited.
Terms of service
These terms govern the purchase of services from Little Grubbers LLC ("Little Grubbers", "we", "us"). By booking an assessment you agree to them.
Nature of the service
The Comprehensive Feeding Assessment is an educational and consultative service. It does not constitute medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. It is not a substitute for evaluation or treatment by your child's physician or by a licensed provider in your jurisdiction. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions regarding your child's medical condition, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information provided through this service. If you believe your child is experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Outcomes
Every child is different. We provide our professional opinion and a written plan based on the information you share with us, but we do not warrant or guarantee any particular result, and outcomes depend substantially on factors outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your child, and to use your own judgment — in consultation with your child's medical providers — when acting on any recommendation. You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child discussed.
Intellectual property
Materials provided to you, including your written Feeding Roadmap, are licensed for your personal family use. They may not be resold, published, or distributed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.

Privacy policy
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, and phone number; your child's age; and the background you share about your child's feeding history, both through forms on this site and during intake and the assessment itself. If you book, our scheduling and payment providers also collect the details needed to process your appointment and payment.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to schedule and deliver your assessment, to prepare your Feeding Roadmap, to send materials you have asked for, and to keep the records required to run the business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that operate this business on our behalf — currently our scheduling provider (TidyCal), our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider (Resend), and our website host (Netlify) — and where we are required to do so by law.
Payment information
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We never receive your full card number.
Information about children
Information about a child is provided to us by that child's parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and this site is not directed to children.
Retention and your choices
We keep client records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and professional obligations, then delete them. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing ann@littlegrubbers.com, and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you receive email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message.
